RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — ARVELYNE

At Arvelyne, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

1. 30-Day Returns Policy (Goodwill Policy)
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in resellable condition
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of excessive wear or damage
  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be unused and unopened unless faulty
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos
If confirmed faulty, you are entitled to:
  • A full refund; or
  • A replacement; or
  • A repair (where applicable)
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
  1. Email info@arvelyne.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Delivery address
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)
We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed:
  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods; or
  • Within 14 days of receiving proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier)
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund:
  • The cost of the goods; and
  • The cost of standard delivery (if applicable)
We are not required to refund any additional delivery costs if you chose a premium delivery option.

6. Orders in Transit
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under your statutory cancellation rights.

7. International Return Address
Some of our products may be fulfilled by international partners. In such cases, returns may need to be sent to our designated returns facility.
The correct return address will always be provided after your return request is approved.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Used hygiene or personal care items (unless faulty)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Items returned outside the return period
