Return Policy

Returns At Arvelyne, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment process, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for: Change of mind. Incorrect size selected by the customer. Personal preference regarding style, color, fit, comfort, or appearance. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Products returned without prior authorization. Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@arvelyne.com Your email must include: Order number Clear photographs of the item Description of the issue Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied. Return Authorization Do not send any item back without receiving written return authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. All returns are processed through our international fulfillment warehouse. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and courier fees are non-refundable. Inspection All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if: The item shows signs of use. Original packaging is missing. Accessories or components are missing. The product is not in resalable condition. Refunds If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter our automated fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
